Refunds are only available for the following reasons:

Damaged Items:

If an item is damaged in transport, we will have to see definitive proof of the damaged item and will pay to have it shipped back to us. We will then ship you out the same product free of charge.

Item Doesn't Fit:

If an item doesn't fit, please email EmbryOutdoors@gmail.com to let us know. We will help you with a return.

Rare Situation:

Lost Packages:

In the event of a lost package, we will do all we can to contact the mail carrier and find out where the package is. We guarantee we will go to all measures to get the package to you.

 

Exchanges: 

We will exchange any product for you as long as we have that product in stock. Just send an email to EmbryOutdoors@gmail.com telling us why you want to exchange the item, and what you would like us to exchange your product for. If we got the order wrong, we will provide you with a return label. If the order is correct, but the item does not fit, we will not. Once the item is back to us, we will send out that correct size and pay for the shipping back to you.
